Liz Janneman


As Executive Vice President, Network Strategy, Liz Janneman serves as Ovation’s guiding strategic force, focused on business strategies that deliver incremental viewership, ad sales revenue and overall brand momentum. Toward these goals, Janneman oversees both the network’s advertising sales and marketing divisions, from Ovation’s New York offices.

Janneman has been a critical driver of Ovation’s success, tripling Ovation’s Ad Sales revenue since arriving at the company in 2009. Phil Gilligan


Phil Gilligan serves as Chief Financial Officer of Ovation and brings 30+ years of financial management experience to the network. As CFO, Gilligan is responsible for the management of business operations, in addition to oversight of the company’s Finance, Treasury, Accounting, IT and Administration functions. A seasoned finance and media executive, Gilligan’s career is an ever-growing roster of financial and operational accomplishments.

Brad Samuels


Brad Samuels is Executive Vice President of Distribution for Ovation, based in the network’s New York offices. Samuels joined Ovation in January 2012 and is responsible for driving the network’s distribution efforts across all media platforms. Samuels comes to Ovation from MSG Media, the operator of MSG and Fuse Networks, where he served from 2008 – 2010 as Executive Vice President, Content Distribution. Scott Woodward

Executive Vice President, Programming and Production

Scott Woodward oversees all aspects of Ovation’s multi-platform content, including scheduling and program planning, acquisitions, co-productions, development, original programming, on-air promotions, VOD and the network’s digital operations. He also oversees the company’s in-house multi-platform, production unit, Ovation Studios, which launched in May 2013.

Ken Solomon


Ken Solomon is Chairman of Ovation and was a key architect in the August 2006 acquisition of the network by a group of private investors led by Hubbard Media Group and including Arcadia Investment Partners, of which he is a partner; Corporate Partners II; Perry Capital and The Weinstein Company. Jodi Lipe serves as the SVP of Marketing for Ovation, overseeing all consumer marketing, partnerships, and branding efforts, as well as all of the network¹s social media platforms.

Prior to Ovation, Lipe was EVP, Marketing for POPSUGAR and ShopStyle, two leading global women’s lifestyle brands focused in media, commerce, content and technology. Prior to POPSUGAR, she led marketing and advertising efforts for many iconic media and lifestyle companies, including Cisco’s Flip Video, Current TV, AMC-TV, Viacom, Excite.com and Cartoon Network.
