Sunnyside Fizz

YIELD: One serving

GLASS: Collins

ICE: None

GARNISH: Cherry Tomato/Dehydrated Lemon Wheel Flag


INGREDIENTS:

  • 1.5 oz. (Spring 44) gin
  • .5 oz. Genepy
  • .75 oz. sundried tomato honey
  • .75 oz. fresh lemon juice
  • 1 egg white
  • soda water

 INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Add all ingredients except soda to tins.
  2. Dry shake.
  3. Wet shake.
  4. Add 2-3 ozs. of soda to chilled Collins glass.
  5. Double strain cocktail into glass.
  6. Garnish.
