French fashion designer and icon Hubert de Givenchy has passed away at the age of 91. He is known to have created the little black dress that Audrey Hepburn wore in the opening scene of Breakfast at Tiffany’s. Among his clients were style icons Grace Kelly and Jackie Kennedy.
