Ovation Promotes Liz Janneman to EVP, Ad Sales

Ovation’s Ad Revenue Up 40%

Ovation, the only multi-platform network dedicated to arts culture, has elevated Liz Janneman to EVP, Ad Sales.  The announcement was made today by Ovation CEO Charles Segars.

Ms. Janneman joined the network in April 2009 as SVP of Ad Sales.  During her tenure, the network has effectively doubled Upfront revenue and secured new Upfront advertisers such as Sears, USPS, General Motors, L’Oreal and Boehringer, and became Nielsen rated as of fourth quarter 2010.  

“Liz has been a tremendous asset to Ovation,” said Segars.  “Under her leadership, our ad sales team has grown annual revenue by 40%.  Now, with our distribution up to 43 million households, and extremely favorable results in our first quarter of being rated, we anticipate another banner year.  We are pleased to acknowledge Liz’s accomplishments with this well-earned promotion.”

Before joining Ovation, Janneman spent nearly 20 years working in advertising sales at Current TV, Weather Channel, AOL/Time Warner, Turner Entertainment and Saatchi & Saatchi.
