So You Think You Can Dance Season Seven Debuts September 16 on Ovation
The “All-Star Season” Features Performances by Usher, Enrique Iglesias, Janelle Monae, Natasha Bedingfield, Ne-Yo and Ellen DeGeneres - Ovation’s Original “Extras” Feature Interviews with Season Seven Dancers, Choreographers, Judges and Guest Stars as They Recall Dramatic Moments From the Show
August 16, 2011 --- Ovation, the only network devoted to arts culture, will premiere exclusive and enhanced encore presentations of So You Think You Can Dance, season seven starting September 16 at 8p.m.ET/PT. Season seven features All-Stars from previous years who were partnered with current contestants. In addition, Ovation will include new, never-before-seen “extras” featuring intimate interviews with the judges, dancers, choreographers and guest stars as they recall crucial moments from the show.
Ovation, which is currently airing season six of the series, will air season seven weekly from Friday to Monday at 8p.m.ET/PT. Hosted by Cat Deeley, judges from season seven include Nigel Lythgoe, Mia Michaels and Adam Shankman and guest judges Kenny Ortega, Tyce Diorio, Toni Redpath and Mary Murphy. Usher, Enrique Iglesias, Janelle Monae, Natasha Bedingfield and Ne-Yo were among the musical performers from season seven, which also featured a special dance performance by Ellen DeGeneres. Lauren Froderman was crowned the winner of season seven.
