A documentary portrait on the Lebanese-born film score composer. This film tracks his early days as a composer, orchestrator and producer for singers such as Charles Aznavour, to his debut in film score composing in 1980. This film also concentrates on his close relationship in working with Anthony Minghella and composing film scores for box-office hits such as The English Patient, The Talented Mr. Ripley and Cold Mountain for which he won an Academy Award.
