OVATION ACQUIRES U.S. BROADCAST AND DIGITAL RIGHTS TO SEASON TWO OF RACHEL HUNTER’S TOUR OF BEAUTY

Distributed Globally by Banijay Rights, the Travel Series will Also Air on Ovation’s AVOD Service JOURNY
Ovation, America’s only arts network, has struck a licensing deal with Banijay Rights for Season Two of the popular travel series Rachel Hunter’s Tour of Beauty (10 X 30’). Under the terms of the agreement, Ovation will gain U.S. cable premiere rights to the series for Ovation TV, as well as digital rights for VOD, Ovation NOW. The announcement was made today by Ovation EVP of Programming Scott Woodward.
“Ovation had a lot of success with the first season of Tour of Beauty so we are especially delighted that we will be able to expand the second season to our JOURNY app, which is all about cultural tourism,” said Scott Woodward, EVP, Programming, Ovation. “This season focuses on the Americas and we know our Ovation audience will once again fall in love with Rachel’s wonderfully warm and welcoming style and a whole new millennial audience for JOURNY will be introduced to her inspiring discoveries as well.”
In Season Two of Rachel Hunter’s Tour of Beauty, International supermodel Rachel Hunter embarks on a search for the secrets to lasting beauty and a complete sense of well-being through The Americas. From the ancient Inca citadel of Machu Picchu in Peru to the body-conscious beaches of Miami, from a Rastafari village in the heart of Jamaica to the fashion capital of New York City, she’ll explore landscapes as varied and diverse as the people and cultures that inhabit it.
